End-of-studies project for my professional licence, developed in 4 months. Our shared theme was "Happy apocalypse".
The protagonist is a young adventurer chasing after a monster, greed and consumerism incarnate. Her travels bring her to a peaceful village worshiping a benevolent god, which encourages the inhabitants to thrive off nature's boons and improve their lifestyle...
The player can build more powerful weapons to vanquish the boss or give away his equipment to the villagers. Several endings can be reached depending on the player's decisions.
Renew

As an incarnation of glorified consumerism, the boss is the main challenge to beat within Renew.

By visiting this peaceful town, the player can learn more about the universe's lore and talk to the villagers

Within the forest, the player can either cut down trees to assist the villagers or find an alternative method
